Materials & Quality

What material is your clothing made of?

Depending on the product, our streetwear is made from high-quality cotton or cotton/polyester blends. Many hoodies and sweaters are made from a heavy, durable blend – perfect for everyday wear, cold weather, and long nights.

Important: You can always find the exact material composition directly on the respective product page.

How does your clothing fit?

Most pieces fit regularly to slightly oversized (depending on the model).

If you're torn between two sizes:

  • Regular fit: take your standard size
  • Oversized look: take one size larger.

Care & Washing Instructions

How do I wash your clothes properly?

To ensure that print and color remain stable for a long time:

  • Wash inside out
  • 30°C gentle wash cycle
  • No fabric softener
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron inside out only (not directly over the print)

Can I put the items in the dryer?

We recommend: no. Air drying is better for the fit and print. If you absolutely must air dry, please turn it inside out and use a gentle cycle.

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping free?

Yes, our entire product range is shipped free of charge; we do not charge any extra shipping costs in addition to the prices.

How long does shipping take?

Many products are produced on demand. On average:

  • Production: approx. 2–5 working days
  • Shipping: approx. 2–4 business days

In total, it usually takes 4–9 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We typically deliver within Germany and some products also to EU countries.

Changes, cancellations & returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you're quick: sometimes, yes.

As long as the order is not yet in production, we can often still initiate changes/cancellations.

Please contact us immediately with your order number.

How does the return or exchange process work?

If something doesn't fit or isn't your vibe, you can return it within the framework of the legal regulations.

Please note:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Details regarding the deadline can be found in the cancellation policy in the shop.

Individual designs & special requests

Can I request custom designs?

Yes that works.

Do you want your own design, specific colors, a slogan, a crew/workshop design, or a completely new piece? Write to us.

Ideally, directly with:

  • Desired text / motif idea
  • Color request
  • Placement (Front/Back/Sleeve)
  • rough reference (optional)

Do you also handle larger orders (crew, event, school, workshop)?

Yes. For bulk/team orders, we create a suitable setup depending on the quantity.

Send us:

  • Quantity
  • Product(s)
  • Size distribution
  • Design/Idea
    Then you will receive an offer or a clean solution.

Problems with the order

What do I do if something arrives damaged or missing?

No stress – get in touch with us using:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the package/damage
  • brief description
     We will arrange for a replacement/refund depending on the case.
